My name is Dan Rabin and I am a fully qualified BACP registered counsellor practicing in Walthamstow, East London.

As an integrative therapist I believe there is no single formula for healing. But within a safe, collaborative relationship, you can discover the internal resources to heal and move forward. My priority is to build a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel fully accepted exactly as you are. Together, we will look at where you are now and where you want to be. We will explore your unique challenges at your own pace, helping you build self-compassion, unpack overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with your inner strengths.

Whether you are seeking clarity, processing a major life change, or simply trying to find your direction, I offer a grounded space to talk things through.
